Welcome to My Printed Perfections

Where Passion, Science, and 3D Art Intersect

At My Printed Perfections, I’ve always believed that 3D printing should be more than just a novelty—it should be functional, visual, and deeply connected to the real world. My shop was born out of a desire to create items that don't just look great on a shelf, but also serve a real purpose in everyday life.

Born from the Deep: The Aquarist Connection

My journey into custom 3D printing actually started underwater. As a professional aquarist, I spend my days working directly with aquatic life and complex tank environments. Over time, I noticed a common problem: many mass-market aquarium products and accessories just weren't cutting it. They lacked the practical functionality, precise fit, or aesthetic appeal that dedicated aquarists truly need.

So, I decided to build them myself.

Every aquarium product and accessory in my shop is designed from hands-on experience. I create what I know works, what I use myself, and what solves real problems for fishkeepers—balancing biological safety with clean, modern design.

Bringing the Earth to Life: Real-Time Geological Prints

Inspiration strikes in unexpected places. Recently, I fell in love with mapping and real-time geological data. The idea of translating complex spatial data from our planet into tactile, physical objects fascinated me.

I launched this new collection with a topographic model of the Grand Canyon, and my latest creation captures the dramatic contours of Mount St. Helens.

"Being able to run your fingers over the ridges of a canyon or the crater of a volcano brings earth science to life in a way a flat screen or paper map never could."

These models aren't just striking decor—they are educational tools. My goal with this series is to connect people with geography, nature, and science in a hands-on way.

What’s Next?

Whether I’m printing high-end designer models, engineering gear for an aquarium, or rendering topographically accurate landscapes, my inspiration comes from curiosity and utility. I’m currently working on expanding my landscape collection to include iconic cityscapes and striking natural features from all over the world.

Thank you for supporting My Printed Perfections. I’m excited to share these prints with you!
